Featuring members from both Hong Kong and Taiwan, Science Noodles capture the essence of old-school indie-pop with their upbeat, guitar-driven songs and catchy hooks. Formed in 2018, the same year they released their debut record ‘Soothe Me’, the band is made up of Yuet Siu on vocals and guitar, Hung Ching on vocals, Haang Choi on drums, Long Shum on bass, Martin Mok on guitar and Kan Kit Man on keyboard. 你已經聽過呢個故仔：一個香港男仔去台北旅行，夜蘭人靜時開著個Tinder，識到個台灣女仔。
但同你聽開嗰個故仔唔一樣嘅係，呢場手機應用程式情緣，係以兩個人傾透明雜誌傾到起哂勁，左拉右扯，夾咗隊用台灣地道零食「科學麵」為名嘅樂隊作結。2018年底組成嘅 Science Noodles 以 Yuet 及晴子為起點，陸績換入結他手Martin、鍵琴手簡潔等成員。
