Where is the festival located?
Hong Kong’s Central Harbourfront.
What are the transit options for getting to the festival?
Clockenflap is located at Hong Kong’s Central Harbourfront, which is easily accessible by public transport.

Bus: Depending on the bus route, you can alight in Central or the Outlying Ferry Piers and walk to the site.

Ferry: The festival entrance is walking distance from all the Central ferry piers, including Pier 2. Park Island, Pier 3. Discovery Bay, Pier 4. Lama Island, Pier 5. Cheung Chau, Pier 6. Peng Chau / Mui Wo, and Pier 7. Star Ferry. The entrance to Clockenflap is located next to the Hong Kong Observation Wheel and Central Pier No. 10.

MTR: The nearest MTR station is Hong Kong Station / Central Station (the stations are connected), which are terminus stops for the Tung Chung Line, Tsuen Wan Line, Island Line and Airport Express. From Hong Kong Station take Exit A2 or from Central Station take Exit A, and follow the walkway signs towards the Central Star Ferry Pier. At the Ferry Pier, you see the festival to your right – following the promenade around the harbour to reach the festival entrance, which is beyond the observation wheel.

Taxi: Alight at the Star Ferry taxi drop off and walk straight ahead. The festival is approximately 2 to 4 minutes walking distance from the drop off point. Please note that due to the high likelihood of congestion, we recommend taking public transport.
Are there car parking options?
There is no parking at the venue. The closest public carparks are located at City Hall, IFC and Pacific Place.
Is smoking permitted?
There is no smoking cigarettes, e-cigs or vaping devices in festival site, except in designated smoking areas.
Zero tolerance to illegal substances and drugs, and underage drinking
Clockenflap has a zero-tolerance policy to illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected or found in possession will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the Hong Kong police. Officers will also be actively searching for offenders.
Clockenflap has a zero-tolerance policy to underage drinking. If you’re under 18 and caught drinking, we’ll confiscate your drinks, escort you from the festival and call your parents or guardians. Seriously, don’t make us do this.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Clockenflap will go ahead rain, wind or snow. So come prepared with your raincoat! (Note, umbrellas are prohibited from the festival site.)

Is the festival accessible for fans with mobility disabilities?
Yes, fans with disabilities are welcome at Clockenflap and the majority of the site is flat and wheelchair friendly. Please note that only those who have mobility disabilities may use mobility devices. Crutches, wheelchairs and powered wheelchairs are allowed for use by people with mobility disabilities.
Clockenflap is a crowded event. For safety reasons, please ask permission to bring a powered mobility device other than crutches or a wheelchair, particularly if it can move faster than walking speed or is very heavy. Clockenflap personnel may ask individuals using another type of power-driven mobility device for a credible assurance that the device is required because of a disability. Security will impound inappropriate mobility devices until the end of the event.
Can I camp at the festival?
No, there is no camping at the festival venue. Please note, there are plenty of hotels in the area for those wishing to stay close to the festival.
Official Photography & Recordings
Please note that Clockenflap’s official photographers and videographers will be on the festival site. By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Clockenflap shall reserve the rights to use, copy, distribute, publish, republish print, display, transmit, create derivative works containing your image, portrait, photograph, footage, voice and/or likeness, without compensation or notification to, or additional consent by you.
Recycle, Re-Use – Don’t Refuse! Clockenflap’s Sustainable Initiatives
This December, Clockenflap will introduce a reusable cup programme, with the aim of reducing its single use plastic foot print to a bare minimum. Any plastic from festival outlets will be PET 1 recyclable, handled by the Festival’s partners at their recycling facilities. Festivalgoers will also be encouraged to bring in their own non-glass water canister, which they can refill for free at the festival’s water fountains, care of Life Solutions.
Through messaging at stages, and on screens across the site, Clockenflap will encourage its attendees to support the programme by depositing their used cups at the illuminated cup return points across the festival site and next to bars in exchange for a fresh cup for their next drink.
Most food containers used at Clockenflap will be 100% compostable with food suppliers prohibited from using plastic packaging and cutlery. Furthermore, the festival doesn’t allow plastic straws, stirrers or landfill-generating gimmicks from sponsors.

U18 tickets are available for festival goers under 18 years:

All attendees under 16 years must be accompanied by a guardian who is over 18 years.
Children under 3 years are free to enter the festival and do not require a ticket.
Does my child need a ticket?
If your child/children are under 3 years, they gain free entry and do not require a ticket.
Attendees under 18 years can attend with our new U18 ticket option.

What is Clockenflap’s official ticket platform?
Ticketflap is the only authorised ticketing platform for Clockenflap festival tickets.
Only tickets purchased from Ticketflap, or transferred into YOUR Ticketflap account with your name on it will be accepted for entry.
Beware of unauthorised ticket agents and touts
Please do not buy from unauthorised ticket sellers (including Carousell, Viagogo, Stubhub and social media platforms) or touts as you are unlikely to get in with whatever they sell you.

To enter the festival, you must show your ticket and photo ID (photocopy ID is not accepted), and the name on your ID must match the name recorded for the ticket in Ticketflap’s system

3-day weekend tickets are designated for one attendee only and cannot be split into single days for multiple users.

Do not purchase PDF tickets sold by unauthorised sellers, as the name recorded in our system for the ticket, will not match your ID (editing the PDF will not work).
If you purchase a Clockenflap festival ticket from an unauthorised seller, please confirm it is transferred to you and appears in the ‘My Tickets’ page of your Ticketflap account.
We do what we can to prevent fraudulent activity, but the best way to prevent fraud is to not risk buying from unauthorised sources.
Can I change the name my ticket?
You can change the name on your ticket at any time before you enter the festival, by logging into your Ticketflap account, going to ‘My Tickets’ and editing the information for each ticket.
Once your ticket has been scanned at the festival entrance, you will no longer be able to change the name on it.
How do I transfer a ticket to another person?
If you wish to transfer a Clockenflap ticket to another person, you can do so via Ticketflap’s ‘Send ticket’ function.
Log into your Ticketflap account, go to ‘My Tickets’ and select ‘Send Ticket’ for the ticket you wish to transfer. You will be asked to enter and confirm the email address for the recipient.
Once a ticket has been scanned at the festival entrance, you will no longer be able to send the ticket to another person.
What should I do if I lose my ticket?
You can log into your Ticketflap account and re-download the ticket.
ON THE DAY
Where is the entrance to Clockenflap?
The entrance to Clockenflap is located next to the Hong Kong Observation Wheel and Central Pier No. 10.
What do I need for entry?
To enter the festival, you must show your ticket and photo ID (photocopy ID is not accepted), and the name on your ID must match the name recorded for the ticket in Ticketflap's system. Failure to bring ID could significantly slow your entry.
Our staff will be checking tickets and IDs at the entrance. Please make sure you’ve updated the name on your ticket if you need to (see ‘Can I change the name on my ticket?’ above). One ticket is valid for one entry only.
Attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon each entry to the festival. Anyone that refuses to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event. Please see ‘What items are prohibited?’ for a list of items you are not allowed to bring into the festival.
Do I need a printout of my ticket?
You can either print your ticket or if you have a phone with a big screen transfer the PDF to it.
Can I exit & re-enter the festival?
Yes. Make sure you scan your wristband when exiting, and be sure to come back via the Re-Entry lane at the festival entrance. Please keep your ticket in case you miss scanning out.
(If you don't scan out, you will not be allowed back in on the same day!)
Do I need to keep my wristband on overnight if I have a weekend pass? (How to re-enter on the next day?)
Yes. The wristband is waterproof and please keep it on during the weekend. Cut-off / torn wristbands will not be accepted.
Each day when you come back in, you can enter by simply scanning your wristband at entrance. However, please bring your weekend ticket and photo ID in case it needs verifying.
How can I replace my wristband?
If you need to replace your wristband, please visit the Customer Service counter at the festival entrance. Do not cut your wristband off, only intact wristbands will be replaced.
Will there be onsite free Wi-Fi?
Sorry - there'll be no public WIFI service available at the festival site.
How can I pay for things at the festival?
You can use your credit card, octopus card and mobile payment wallets to pay for food, drink, merchandise and crafts in craftmarket. No cash will be accepted for purchase anywhere on site, so make sure your phone is fully charged and octopus topped up.

Can I use cash on-site?
No cash will be accepted for purchase anywhere on site. Clockenflap is a cashless festival.
Will there be free water available at the festival?
Free filtered-water stations will be provided throughout the site for you to use at your convenience.
Is there food and beverages available for purchase at the festival?
Food & drink is an important part of the Clockenflap experience. There are food vendors throughout the festival site.

Clockenflap is all about having fun – but here’s some simple advice to make sure you stay safe.

Look After Your Friends - If you see someone who isn't feeling well, please contact a medic or security staff. They'll thank you later.

Keep Hydrated - Drinks lots and lots of water. It's good for you! There are free filtered water stations available across the festival site.

Pace Yourself - Alcohol can be fun at festivals, but please pace yourself.

Take A Break - Whether it's dancing the night away, or just sitting in the sun, be aware of high temperatures and take the occasional break.

Do Not Climb - There is an abundance of space, so please refrain from climbing on things for better views.

What items are prohibited?

For safety reasons, strollers and baby carriages are not permitted on the festival site. Stoller parking is available at the festival entrance.

What is our lost child protocol?
The staffed, lost child collection points are Help & Information at main entrance and Help & Information opposite Robot stage in the Tamar Park area.
If lost children, or parents separated from their children, arrive at other points or speak to a member of staff they will be directed or taken to the closest collection point as appropriate.
Where is the lost & found?
Found: Please take any found items to Help & Information counter on-site at the entrance gate.
Lost: If you misplace something please check with Help & Information counter on-site at the entrance gate, as things will be turned in there.
Are there public toilets at the festival?
Yes, portable toilets with sinks will be available on site and will be cleaned regularly.
Where can first aid assistance be found on the site?
Medical tents will be located throughout the festival grounds, and will be clearly marked and visible from afar. Trained medics will be on-hand in these tents to address any medical incidents.
Please feel free to stop by a medical tent, even if you just have a question. Additionally, if you see anyone at the festival who appears to be in need of medical assistance, please inform a member of our medical or security team, or even help him/her find their way to the medical tent(s).

The Artist Merchandise tent is located in the Harbourflap Stage area, to your right when you enter the site (see festival map).
