Often compared to US acts like Blink-182, Sum 41 and Weezer, Japanese pop-punk band ELLEGARDEN have built up a fanatical following since forming in Chiba Prefecture in 1998. Beginning with their debut album ‘Don’t Trust Anyone But Us’ in 2002, the band embarked on a remarkable run of five hit albums in four and a half years, before going on hiatus in 2008. It would be 10 years before they took the stage again, roaring back with a reunion tour in 2018, and the release of ‘The End of Yesterday’—their first album in 16 years—in 2022.
