The iconic music and arts festival takes place at Central Harbourfront on 5-7 December, 2025. Previously announced acts include VAUNDY, FRANZ FERDINAND, RICH BRIAN, JACOB COLLIER and BETH GIBBONS.
[Hong Kong, November 14, 2025] Clockenflap, Hong Kong’s biggest international outdoor music and arts festival, today announced its hugely anticipated full lineup for this year’s event, adding several exciting new acts—including the Saturday and Sunday headliners—to the bill.
British indie-rock icons BLOC PARTY will make their long-awaited Hong Kong debut in the Saturday headline slot, while Irish-English shoegaze legends MY BLOODY VALENTINE will play Hong Kong for the first time as Sunday’s headliners. Two of J-pop’s hottest rising stars will also make their Hong Kong debut on Saturday, with Japanese singer-songwriter and former member of alternative J-pop idol group You’ll Melt More! ANO, and KENTO NAKAJIMA 中島健人
Among the other newly announced artists are US indie icons BRIGHT EYES (Sun), acclaimed Hong Kong singer/actress JACE 陳凱詠

Viral Sensations
This year’s festival will feature a selection of artists who’ve made a huge impact on music fans around the world in recent years, racking up billions of streams between them. These include: J-pop rising superstar and Friday night headliner VAUNDY, who will deliver his first ever live performance outside of Japan; Indonesian rap star RICH BRIAN (Sat), the artist behind the 2021 megahit ‘edamame’ with bbno$; maverick UK multi-instrumentalist JACOB COLLIER (Fri), bringing his incredible improvisation-filled live show; singer-songwriter and former member of alternative J-pop idol group You’ll Melt More! ANO (Sat); British indie-folk singer-songwriter PASSENGER (Fri), best known for the 7-billion-stream global smash ‘Let Her Go’; and acclaimed American singer-songwriter JEREMY ZUCKER (Sun), who has racked up close to 2 billion plays for the song ‘comethru’ alone.
Indie Legends
Clockenflap has played host to some of the world’s biggest and best indie acts, and this year is no exception. London indie-rock icons BLOC PARTY will make their long-awaited Hong Kong debut as the Saturday headliners, while Irish-English shoegaze legends MY BLOODY VALENTINE will play Hong Kong for the first time as Sunday’s headliners. Also making their Hong Kong debut are former Portishead frontwoman and trip-hop trailblazer BETH GIBBONS (Sat), hugely influential American art-pop duo SPARKS (Fri) and iconic US indie wordsmiths BRIGHT EYES (Sun), while Sunday will also see Scottish indie heroes FRANZ FERDINAND bringing their swaggering brand of angular rock back to the Clockenflap stage for the first time in 12 years and Canadian post-rock masters GODSPEED YOU! BLACK EMPEROR (Sun) will make their Clockenflap debut.
Trendsetters
Showcasing artists that are carving their own unique musical path, Clockenflap once again presents some of the most distinctive and cutting-edge acts around. Californian indie innovators TV GIRL (Sun) bring their irresistible blend of lo-fi indie-pop and 1960s earworm samples, French collective L’IMPÉRATRICE (Sat) are ready to make Hong Kong dance with their melodic mélange of pop, electronica and nu-disco, while alt-indie favourite SOCCER MOMMY (Sat) is set to show why she’s one of the US’s most critically adored singer-songwriters. And look out for the neo-soul meets indie-folk sound of Thai troubadour PHUM VIPHURIT (Sat) and captivating Polish guitar hero MARCIN (Sun).

Japan’s music scene is one of the world’s most vibrant, and Clockenflap continues to showcase the country’s sonic breadth and depth with an exceptional selection of top Japanese artists. Proudly championing the best music from around the region, this year’s lineup features some of the hottest acts from Hong Kong, Asia and beyond. Don’t miss the electrifying singer-songwriter PANTHER CHAN 陳蕾 and the intoxicating sounds of Thai-Chinese dream-pop chanteuse MOON TANG on Friday, or acclaimed Hong Kong singer/actress JACE 陳凱詠
Special Hong Kong Crossovers
Drawing on Clockenflap’s deep Hong Kong roots, this year’s festival features a collection of unique local collaborations that you won’t see anywhere else. These include rappers BILLY CHOI and KI CHAN partnering with local YouTube phenomenon JFFT (Sat), YouTube creator and singer LAI YING 麗英
Electronic Mavericks
If you’re here to dance, then Clockenflap has you covered with an eclectic selection of top electronic acts that know how to up the tempo. German electro-house hellraisers DIGITALISM (DJ SET) are jetting in to get the party started on Friday, before UK techno legend DAVE CLARKE and Belgian synthpop maverick BOLIS PUPUL ignite the dancefloor on Saturday. Ending the weekend with a bang on Sunday are British DJ/producer and long-running resident at legendary Ibiza club Space SPECIAL REQUEST and fast-rising UK-based Japanese DJ RIRIA.
