Winners of Best Modern Rock Album (for Where We Were Together) and Best Modern Rock Song (for Old Town) at the 2019 Korean Music Awards, Busan-based indie band Say Sue Me have all the ingredients for international crossover success. Influenced by Yo La Tengo and Pavement, and reminiscent of Best Coast, the four-piece serve up an exuberant brand of surf-rock that’s simply too good to ignore.
