Named in honour of Cantonese comfort food dish gai dan jane yuk bang, math-folk-rock outfit GDJYB are one of the most exciting indie bands to emerge from Hong Kong in recent years. Since their last Clockenflap appearance in 2016, the all-female four-piece have played the Iceland Airwaves Music Festival, the Noise Pop Festival in San Francisco and the Synchronicity Festival in Tokyo, and released acclaimed debut album 23:59 Before Tomorrow.
