SiteAccess

After a long hitius, SiteAccess makes their return at the 2011 ClockenFlap Festival. The Hong Kong
indie band had released two underground classics, "Slow Jam" in 2000 and "Funk-Fu" in 2003. Their
music style, which they coined themselves, as "alternative soul funk" because of their influences from rock,
funk and soul. From 1999, until they parted ways in 2003, the group played countless of band shows in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. SiteAccess participated in paving the way for many local bands to follow.

The current line-up is a trio and consists of 3 of 4 original members; Yim (guitars), Shing (drums),
Brandon aka Ghost Style (Bass and Vocals). Honorable mention goes out to SiteAccess bassists of past albums; Mao (Slow Jam 2000) and CM Groovy (Funk-Fu 2003) who both helped fatten the SiteAccess funk sound. This time around the singer grooves with the bass and the band breaks all the rules and traditions of what a band 'should' be, by mixing funk, rock, alternative, punk and gritty rawness to the stage. SiteAccess will be peforming many songs for the first time and currently working on their third album "Welcome The Suns."
